    Through over ten years of personal healing work within plant medicine teachers and ongoing mentorship with various Indigenous elders and Shamanic teachers, and Indigenous Medicine Keepers and Teachers of the Shipibo, Toltecca, Mazateca, Wixarica, Mayann, Santo Daime, and Umbanda lineages and traditions, Arielle has developed a deeper understanding of the potential multidimensional complexities and benefits of incorporating plant and animal allies into one’s healing process.

    Arielle assists individuals in navigating the Sacred Ceremonial experience of the communing with and embarking on a Plant Medicine journey.   • Is this legal?
    Our service is fully legal. Your facilitator DOES NOT provide you with psychedelics for ceremony. Once you complete your health intake and assessment, your facilitator will support you in your process by curating the most supportive container for you to safely sit with the appropriate dosage of the psychedelic you wish to commune with. Possessing psychedelics remains federally illegal in the U.S. Legality varies by state and local laws, especially in areas with decriminalization measures. As of June 1, 2023, psychedelics have been decriminalized in: Oregon Colorado Oakland, CA Santa Cruz, CA Arcata, CA San Francisco, CA Ann Arbor, MI Washtenaw County, MI Hazel Park, MI Washington D.C. Somerville, MA Cambridge, MA Northampton, MA Seattle, WA Decriminalization means law enforcement won't prioritize prosecuting these offenses, as most drug charges are handled at the state level. Ultimately, it's up to you to assess the risks involved in seeking healing through psychedelics.

    Trauma-sensitive psychotherapy is an individual healing container uniquely curated to support you in developing the foundational awareness and practices necessary to support you in nurturing your mental, emotional, spiritual, and somatic health and wellness related goals.
  • How often is trauma-sensitive psychotherapy?
    The cadence and length of trauma-sensitive psychotherapy depends on the individual's current wellness related needs and therapeutic intentions. Once Arielle meets with you and discussed your history as well as your current intentions for being in therapy, she will curate a specific plan that includes the cadence and frequency of meetings, as well as what will be accomplished during sessions. Arielle believes that all healing rests upon strong and sturdy foundations of trust and relative safety, and thus recommends that at the beginning of psychotherapy that folks meet with her weekly.

  • How much is trauma-sensitive psychotherapy?
    Individual trauma-sensitive psychotherapy sessions are $200 for a 45 minute session. From time to time, Arielle has availability for sliding scale options for prospective clients. At this time, those session slots are currently full.
