About Arielle
Arielle has been dedicated to supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds in healing the often-invisible wounds of complex trauma for over ten years. She is seasoned in helping people in healing from childhood abuse and neglect, relational trauma, sexual and domestic violence, parental loss, complex grief, ancestral wounds, and other experiences that fracture one’s sense of safety, belonging, and identity. She also specializes in supporting those navigating spiritual awakenings—often catalyzed by trauma, life transitions, or plant or animal medicine journeys—with grounded, integrative care.
As a somatic psychotherapist, Arielle integrates Somatic Experiencing, Brainspotting, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)—also known as parts work—to help clients restore connection to their bodies, inner selves, and innate resilience. She also offers guidance in psychedelic preparation and integration, supporting individuals before and after plant medicine ceremonies to anchor insights into everyday life. Her work is rooted in honoring the Indigenous lineages and ceremonial traditions that have safeguarded these sacred practices for generations.
Arielle provides virtual trauma therapy and psychedelic integration for clients across California, Washington D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, and offers in-person sessions in San Diego, California. Through her practice, Sacred Space, she holds compassionate containers for personal, ancestral, and collective healing.

Somatic
therapy
TO SUPPORT YOUR BODY
Somatic therapy is a holistic approach that emphasizes the connection the body and mind. It explores how physical sensations, emotions, and thoughts can influence each other, helping individuals release stored trauma and tension. Through various techniques, such as breathwork and movement, somatic therapy encourages clients to become more aware of their bodily experiences, promoting healing and self-discovery. This therapeutic practice can lead to improved emotional well-being and a deeper understanding of oneself.
Complex trauma therapy
TO SUPPORT YOUR TRAUMA HEALING JOURNEY
Complex trauma therapy focuses on tending to and healing the long-term effects of the chronic trauma exposure, often stemming from a repeatedly experiencing or being exposed to traumatic events, such as abuse or neglect. This kind of therapy helps individuals process their experiences, develop holistic coping strategies, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others rooted in felt safety and security . Ultimately this therapy aims to empower individuals to reclaim their narratives and foster resilience in the face of adversity.
Brainspotting therapy
TO SUPPORT YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM
Brainspotting is a therapeutic approach focuses on the connection between eye position and emotional processing. Developed by Dr. David Grand, it helps individuals access and traumatic memories or emotional distress by identifying specific eye positions that correlate with their feelings. This innovative technique allows for deeper exploration of the mind, facilitating healing and personal growth in a safe and supportive environment. Through brainspotting, clients can achieve a greater understanding of their emotions and experiences, leading to transformative change.
INternal family Systems (IFS) therapy
TO SUPPORT ALL PARTS OF YOU
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy is a unique approach founded by Dick Schwartz that views a person as being made of carious "parts," each with its own feelings, thoughts, and functions. By exploring these different parts or characters, individuals can better understand their inner dynamics and how such parts influence one's way of perceiving and engaging with the world. Through IFS work, people can experience improved self-awareness, enhanced emotional regulation, and the ability foster deeper levels of compassion for themselves and for others.
